Savannah is a psychiatrist that helps "capes"; meta humans working for Paragon City citizens. She gives councel as well as help them come to terms with traumas. She has tried to be a costumed hero just to better understand her clients, but gave up on that and has settled to be a counselor.

[edit] Early years 1979-1985

Savannah was born in Harlem, 1 hour after her twin. Their mother, Kenya was a hooker and she didn't know who the girls father was. She gave birth in her own appartment attended by her friends. The girls were a bit malnurished but otherwise healthy. Kenya raised them as well she could. Soon it became apparent that the girls were intelligent children. Both started talking like an adult at age 2 and could read. The twins were raised by Kenya who worked harder to be able to support them. The girls got enlisted in a communal school that couldn't offer them a more challenging education. Mostly they were at home and did home schooling with different tutors. They had a quite happy childhood despite living in the more poor and crime filled area of Harlem.

No one could tell the difference between the twins. They were the spitting image of eachother. But in personality Sahara was the more spirited and daring. Most of the mischief happening was caused by Sahara, and Savannah tagged along. What no one knew was that the twins had a psyhcic connection. They could talk telepathically to eachother, and did so all the time. They could always tell where the other was, no matter the distance. Sahara viewed herself as the older sister and felt responsible for her one hour younger sister.

At age 6, Sahara got killed by a child molester. Kenya was working night and the twins were to be looked after by one of her friends, Lil China. But Savannah would rather be with Mama Rose and as Rose could be a babysitter that night, she allowed Savannah to be with her. Sahara stayed with lil China as she liked her better. China was perky fun loving hooker that suited Saharas wild personality. this night, one of Chinas costumer came unbidden to her appartment. He had for a while been observing the two twins and found out that China would look after them this night. China who was taking a shower didn't hear him come in, and didn't hear Saharas scream. When she came out of the shower, the door was open and Sahara was gone. China thought that the six years old girl had gone out as she sometimes did and didn't worry until an hour later when the phone rang and she talked to a worried Mama Rose. Rose told China that Savannah was frantic, crying and screaming that someone was hurting her sister. Savannah saw everything that happened to her sister, but the fat lady could hardly move, and didn't understand why her little charge was so upset. China getting worried rushed out and found the body of Sahara. The girl was already dead and rats were scurrying over the body. The police soon made a profile of the killer and he was found later, tortured to death. It was rumored that Mikey and some of his gang had exerted "street justice" on the pedofile.

But the truth was that it was Savannah who had made the pedofile torture himself. She could use her psychic ability, and with the viciousness of a child she turned all her rage and sorrow on the man. The pedophile cut, stabbed and hit himself against a brickwall. She wanted him to hurt himself badly, and he obeyed her command. When Mikey's gang found him, he was near dead and they finished him off. Afterwards, Savannah either lost, or didn't remember her psychic abilities until in her teens.

Savannah went into a chock for several months. She didn't sleep or eat unless forced to, and when she came around she seemed to have forgotten about her twin. When anyone talked about Sahara she threw a tantrum. Every picture she found with Sahara on she destroyed. Kenya who didn't know what to do, let Savannah be and didn't talk about Sahara. Eventually it worked. Savannah had supressed the memory of Sahara, and even if someone mentioned her twin, she couldn't associate the name with anyone.

[edit] Education

Savannah started High school at age of 10. But as she had eiditic memory and could learn faster than those her age, she was allowed to skip classes. She graduated at age 13. Savannah didn't like the public schools. She couldn't make any friends and was constantly teased and considered a freak. When it become known that her mother worked as a stripper the bullying got worse. There were private schools that could further tutor Savannah, but Kenya couldn't afford them, and despite that Savannahs former teachers urged them to apply for a scholarship for Savannah, Kenya doubted she would get anything because of her profession. Savannah later decided to apply for Yale school of medicine, as she got interested in Psychiatrics. she decided to start working as a stripper when she turned 18, to get money for her studies. Her mother wasn't happy, but she consented as Savannah wouldn't prostitute herself. When she could enter Yale there were some that questioned her results. They believed she was cheating and she had to perform tests to prove her higher intelligence. The tests result showed she had an IQ over 200 and an eiditic memory. After the board accepted it, she was allowed to get her liscence and PhD degree in psychiatrics at the age of 25.

[edit] Discovering her powers

When Savannah turned 14, she discovered her mutant ability. She had suffered from headaches for a period and one day on her way home a group of girls from her former school cornered her for their usual bullying. This time, their bully went further as Savannah couldn't concentrate on replying and defending herself. She had a major headache and just tried to get away. One of the girls pushed her hard, and feeling courageous as no adults were around they decided to beat up the freaky brain girl. Savannah got hit by the peak of her headache, feeling as her head had just split, and suddenly there were voices in her head. Voices everywhere and she couldn't shut them off. Afraid and in pain she absorbed all the feelings and thoughts she picked up from her surroundings. She didn't know what she was doing and how, but she could see the mind of girl that was about to kick her and lashed out. The force of her psychic attack was uncontrolled and the girl fell back with a scream tearing at her head as she tried to fight off the terror and pain Savannah directed at her. The other girls ran away, leaving their friend trashing on the ground. Some people found the two girls, both screaming and called for an ambulance. Savannah got sedatives and admitted to a psychiatric ward where she was kept sedated for most of the time as in her waking hours she kept screaming for the voices to shut up. No one suspected she would have real psychic powers, and as she couldn't controll it, she couldn't prove it. She coudn't focus on a single mind, but all of them came to her at once. It wasn't until "Sahara" came that she finally could control her powers and shut of the voices. "Sahara" was familiar but Savannah couldn't place her. It was a voice in her mind that comforted her and thought her how to controll her ability. The pscychiatrics thought that their treatments had finally worked, and after a few months Savannah could leave the ward.


[edit] Paragon City 2003-2005

It was pure coincidence that Savannah came to Paragon City, she had a boyfriend then that came from Paragon City and when they visited his parents, she saw a flying hero for the first time. She became fachinated and stayed in Paragon to learn more about the people and the meta humans living and working there. Not really knowing why, she moved to Paragon city, having found a cheap appartment in Kings Row. She broke up with her boyfriend and started working in a strip club. Away from her mother she used a stagename - Mischevious, and used her psychic abilities to make her clients belive they were sleeping with her. One of her clients, that came regularly was a lawyer, Richard Carson. He was from a finer society and older. Savannah thought he was sweet and started to fall for him. They dated and Richard helped her to finance her studies. Kenya got diagnosed with lung cancer and she died when Savannah was 20. Savannah was close to her mother, and was devastated by her death. She was with her mother when she died and gave her love and support. Keyna never saw her graduating from Yale. When Savannah got her PhD she got engaged and moved in with Richard to Talos Island.

It wasn't easy for Savannah to get a job despite her PhD and liscence. She managed to get short time jobs at different psychiatric wards. Richard wanted to use his contacts to give her better placements, but she refused. It wasn't until after a couple years she got the idea to open her own office and council Paragon City heroes. She contacted Freedom Corps and they decided to give back her up. She opened Parkers Office in 2005.

[edit] January-June

This has been a turbulent year so far for Savannah. Richard and her drifted a part. She suspected for a long time that he was cheating on her. He didn't want the mind-link between them, and she broke it. By the start of June, she caught him in the act. The other woman was their friend. Loretta Madison, who also was a colleage of Richard. Savannah broke up her engagement despite Richards protets.

[edit] Silent Tempest June-July

By this time, she had got to know Coile of the Silent Tempest. Savannahhad been asked to have a session with Coile. After which she believed he was doing fine despite all that happened in his life. Coile invited her to join the tempest where she met the other members. Savannah joined them, because she wanted to learn more about heroes in a super group, and perhaps she wanted to be part of hero works too. But she soon felt she had nothing to offer Silent Tempest. She was no fighter, and even if the members could use a counselor, she would rather they came to her as clients and not as supergroup members.

Savannah kept contact with her former supergroup. She felt attracted to one of the members, Chi. She even lived in the same place, temporarily with some of the Tempest members until she found an apartment in Founders Falls.

[edit] Mister Tumnus

When Savannah was helping to find victims in a burning building after a rikti attack, she came across a strange mind that was calling for help. Believing it was a child she went down a cellar and was surprised to see a creature she believed was a kitten, until she saw its purple eyes and two thorn like horns. She had never been able to communicate telepathically with any animal. but this ones mind flowed freely into hers and she had trouble to raise her shields against his thoughts. The kitten was hurt and she took him out, had a medic check him. No one had seen the creature before or knew anything about him. Feeling attatched to the scared creature she adopted him and named him Mister Tumnus after a faun in one of her favourite childhood books. Savannah learned that Mr T, is some sort of familiar. But MAGI couldn't track who he belonged to and from where he came. Mr T acts very much like a spoiled kitten and is very fond of his new mistress.

[edit] Stalker July-August

Being single didn't dampen Savannahs mood. She worked and was content. One of her clients was a mutant named Hector Ramirez- a former Hellion member. He wanted Savannah's help as he had bad dreams and he suspected there were things in his past that he had forgotten. Savannah used her psychic abilites to help him come to terms with his past. The revelation of his past sent Hector into deep depression. Savannah couldn't reach him, and some time afterwards he comitted suicide.

Not long after Hectors death Savannah got the feeling she was being watched, even stalked by someone with no good intentions. She couldn't locate the stalker, but the feeling of unease grew steadily. Listening to advice, she finally hired a security advisor that would aslo be her assistant. Her old Secretary Eloise Allen had retierd. Mitch Pulsar, an ex-marine and former Hero Corps employee, applied for the job and got it. Savannah immediately felt she could trust him and they hit off well.

Mitch took the threat of the stalker more seriously than Savannah and insisted that she took more care and change some routines. She tried to follow his advices, but hated to feel she had to let a possible stalker run her life. But Savannah soon came to realize that she should have listen more to Mitch's warnings. One evening at August 21, when she sat on the roof of her building for her usual meditation, watching the waterfalls, a sniper shot her. She had moments before got a flash from his thought and could see him pulled the trigger. That probably saved her life as she twisted her body, the bullets missing her heart. Savannah called for Mitch, telepathically. The sniper let a bomb detonate in the other building and escaped unseen, while Savannah got rushed to hospital.

The Sniper was Miguel Ramirez, the older brother of Hector. Miguel blamed Savannah for Hectors death and didn't stop at nothing to make her pay. Savannah caught a glimpse of his psyche when he shot her, and she suspected it was Miguel. But without proof she didn't want to accuse him. She felt responsible for Hectors death and wanted to talk to Miguel.

[edit] Mitch - August-September

Mitch increased his efforts to make Savannah more safe, but he didn't want to worry her. He would not leave her side, unless she insisted and he judged she would be safe. Savannah let him stay over at her place after the shooting, as she liked his company and felt safe around him. They get to know eachother better and got closer, especially when Mitch invited her to his Mountain Cabin in New Hampshire.

Savannah didn't know it then, but when she was sleepwalking, her dead twin possessed her body and spoke to Mitch. Sahara was worried about their safety, and a bewildered Mitch assured her that he would keep Savannah safe. But that was not all. Sahara was getting jeallous at the closeness of Mitch and Savannah. Sahara felt pushed away, and feared that Savannah wouldn't listen any more to her as all she could think about was Mitch. When Mitch took her to the cabin, Sahara once more spoke to Mitch when Savannah was sleep walking. This time, she revealed that She was Savannahs twin, but that Savannah had forgotten about her. She also warned Mitch not to get close to Savannah, as he wouldn't be able to protect her then. She threatend Mitch, that if he would not walk away, she would make him leave.

Mitch didn't tell Savannah about these encounters as Sahara had told him not too. It would only hurt Savannah if she knew the truth.

When Savannah invited her troubled friend Mesoc over at her place for a talk, Sahara saw an opportunity. As Savannah had invited Mesoc to stay over, Sahara again took controll over Savannahs body while she slept. She then proceeded to have sex with a sleeping Mesoc. When Savannah and her friend woke up the next morning, they soon realised what had happened. But none of them could explain how or why. Savannah was especially distraught. She had come close to Mitch, and they had shared a kiss back at the cabin. Mitch had told Savannah about his failed relationship and how a former girlfriend let him down. Savannah felt like she had cheated on Mitch and tried to keep their relationship strictly professional, without telling him the reason why.

But once Mitch asked her to tell him whats wrong, she told him about the night, and that she didn't remember anything about it. Mitch suspected Sahara at once. That night, he asked Savannah to let him stay in her place. Once Savannah was asleep, Mitch came in to her bedroom and told Sahara to talk to him. Sahara didn't deny what she had done. She defended her action, meaning she was protecting Savannah from him. But Mitch made her angry and fearful when he told her that he loved Savannah and wouldn't let this come between them. He further told Sahara that he had done some investigations about her. He had found documents that proved that Savannah had a twin, that had been killed at age six. At frist Mitch had felt sorry for Sahara, but her latest action, which Mitch viewed as rape, could not raise his sympathy for her. Sahara pleaded him not to tell Savannah, but Mitch had to, or Savannah would never trust herself again. Mitch sensed that Sahara still was a traumatized girl and offered her help. If Sahara wanted a body for herself they maybe could get a permission from the state to tranfer her psyche to a new body. Sahara wouldn't hear of it, and left as Savannah was about to wake up.

Mitch, undaunted told Savannah everything, and she believed him as he allowed her to visit his memories. Togehter with Mitch, Savannah entered her Memorylane and confronted the now childlike Sahara. She got all her repressed memories back, finally recongnising and remembering her sister. She forgave Sahara. But Sahara's plotting wasn't over yet. Seeing that Mitch truly loved and cared for Savannah, she gave them her blessing and asked them to make love that night, as that would heal and make Savannah feel better.

[edit] Pregnancy September-

A week later Angelique Kraft - Coile's granddaughter did her usual (and not consented)scan on Savannah when she met her in one of Pocket D bathrooms. She told the surprised psychiatric that she was pregnant. Savannah didn't know what to belive, but started to suspect that if she was pregnant, then Malcolm might be the father. She shared it with Mitch, that promised to stay by her side no matter what.

To make things worse, a bomb was planted in Savannah's office. And when Mitch tried to remove it, it exploded, burning him badly. With care at Phoenix Medical centre and the help from an empath, he recovered but with a slight sideffect. Savannah set out to find Miguel now, as he had hurt someone she loved, she didn't feel any remorse to abuse her powers. But when she found Miguel, he blew his own head off, thus ending the threat against her from him.

The newly made couple soon found out that they were pregnant, and it was Mitch, not Mesoc that was the father. Sahars told them, rather irritated that they should have figured that out themselves. She wanted Savannah to get pregnant and in that way live again. Twisted as it might be that she will become her sister child, there wasn't much Savannah and Mitch could do about that. They however have come to accept it and are thrilled to becoming parents.

They have moved in together to a new bigger appartment in Founders Falls and Savannah opens a new Office in Atlas Park.

Savannah's little pet, the little catlike creature felt concerned with his mistress. Savannah tried to make him understand by telepathy that her nausia and weakness was due to her pregnancy. Mister Tumnus however continued to be worried, and one night when Savannah and Mitch were asleep he somehow managed to bring them back in time. Savannah and Mitch woke up, surrounded by mist in a strange country. With no idea how they ended up here, fully dressed and awkae, and no idea where they were they follwed a light and came upon a little house by a bridge. An old man, holding an antique rifle greeted them, waving his firearm at the strange couple. He belived that Mitch was running away with a slave and told them to move on, and he wouldn't take them in to protect them from the slaveowners. Before anything could happen, a small black little cat with horns ran out of the house into Savannah's arms. It was Mister Tumnus, but the old man called him Azrael. confused, the old man let them in to his home, and he explained he tried to summon the Angel of Death so that he might regain his health, as he was dying from a sickness. But instead of the Angel Azrael, this seemingly usless creature was summoned. The old man was Lord Nicholas Woodard, the last of his family. He was feared in the neighbourhood for his arcane knowledge. He was happy for the familars company and hadn't tried to summon the Angel anymore, but accepted that he will die. He was very suprised to learn that Azrael- Mister Tumnus, lived with Savannah in 2007. They were now in 1702 and the cat seemed to know both his masters and felt devoted to them. Lord Nicholas worried what implications this time travelling could have and declined any help from Savannah and Mitch. He howvwever told them that they should take his Grimoire and journals so that he might be remembered. He feared that all his books and possessions would be burned on his passing, and wanted to be remembered. Lord Nicholas did not know where Mister Tumnus came from, but he admitted that he planned to banish the familiar back so that he wouldn't be left by himself when he died. He mused that the banishment went wrong and perhaps he sent Mister Tumnus to the future instead. Savannah got from Mr T that it was time to return, and they said their goodbyes and walked back into the mist. Moments later, they woke up in bed. Knowing it was no dream because Lord Nicholas books lay next to them.

At Christmas day, Mitch proposed to Savannah and she said yes! As a Christmas gift, Savannah showed Mitch how they could sense their unborn baby's feelings in the womb.

  • Mama Rose - a morbidly obese woman called the Fat Lady. She was a hooker whose clients were fat lovers. Men that had a facination for unnaturally large women. Mama Rose was Savannahs favourite.
  • Miss Tyra - A dragqueen and stripper. He let Savannah play with his clothes and make-up. Later when Savannah started stripping and poledancing, he gave her lessons.
  • Lil' China - A small Chinese woman who was a hooker and stripper. She looked like a child and was popular among those preffering younger girls. It was one of her costumers that killed Sahara. After that event she disappeared.
  • Mikey - Her mothers pimp. A tall, skinny black man. It's rumored that he collected a gang to find the pedophile who killed Sahara and had him tortured to death.

  • Stores her memories in a mindscape looking like a suburbian street. Different houses stores different memories. A black house she calls The Rat house is the only one she can't visit. It contains her most traumatic and supressed memories.- She has now unlocked the memories in the Rat house.
  • Worked as a stripper. Her stage name was Mischevious. Used her psychic abilities to make her clients see their fantasies come true.
  • Sleepwalks regularly. Sahara could controll her body while she was sleepwalking and Savannah would have no memory of it.
