Originally, RW was just a side-character way back at launch, but eventually turned into my Anime-fueled, Videogame-playing Superhero that he is today. He was based somewhat on Keiji Inafune's Zero, but took on his own appearance pretty quickly during creation.

RW is always optimistic, yet very head-strong. When fighting an obviously stronger opponent, RW jumps straight in and refuses to stay down. He usually throws in a few one-liners or flashy poses. Some think of his as confrontational, but he likes to think of himself as part of a new generation of Heroes with their own signature styles.
[edit] Motivation
RW has a few motivations for his fight against crime. One of which was the legacy left to him by Sha'kren in the Vaygre dimension, while another was the newbie hero Nalerenn who was left in a coma since bringing RW back to this world and sealing away Ezekiel, however he has since aided Nalerenn's return with the help of Omega-Xis, the Kheldian being that currently resides within Nalerenn. Other than that, he fights to show people what it takes to be a real Hero. Not super-powers, not gadgets, but the right mindset.

[edit] Primary Powers
RW's Katana, although weak, can cause small cuts that can render an opponent unable to defend against incoming attacks. Its speed is also its strength, allowing RW to attack quickly and unerringly.

The Duriel's Shell augments RW's natural healing process to an incredible level, with only vastly stronger opponents leacing a lasting mark, but even that can be canceled out when RW activates the armour's true powers.

Due to his time as a Hero, RW is naturally fit, which increases his regeneration rate and running speed. Also, the Duriel's Shell can transform into different forms to give RW a further advantage.

The Duriel's Shell also allows RW to fly and can deploy various teleporters and a jump-jet pack.

Using his 'mind over matter' philosophy, RW can concentrate on hitting his opponent and become less fatigued by doing so. Also, his armour allows him to occasionally throw ranged waves of energy at his opponents, primarily useful for bringing down flying foes.

RW is able to reverse-engineer robotics and reprogram them should the need arise. He dabbles occasionally in biotechnology, but prefers to rely on his own inner strengths rather than technologically augmented powers.
[edit] Vulnerabilities
His tendency to jump in over his head can sometimes lead to him being defeated, but he doesn't give up even after his defeat. Despite this, he can be knocked down quickly by enemies with vastly damaging attacks. Also, his willingness to help anyone can lead to him jumping head-first into a trap.

RW only uses the gadgets he can create, his katana and the Duriel's Shell.
[edit] Character History
RW, originally on vacation, received an anonymous package which contained the Duriel's Shell armour. Upon wearing it, he was soon attacked by various thugs thinking him to be a Superhero. At first, he panicked, but then steeled himself and jumped into the fight, eventually knocking them out with his bare fists. Sensing the opportunity to become one of Paragon City's many Heroes, he quickly applied for citizenship and his Hero License, as well as buying a katana to use to fight with. He took to crime-fighting like a duck to water for a year, until witnessing the death of a fellow Hero awoke a being dormant in the armour itself. The being, Ezekiel, took control of RW's body and sent his spirit to another dimension, revealed to be the Vaygre dimension. Upon his arrival, RW helped repel a Praetorian onslaught and learned of the origins of the Duriel's Shell. The armour itself was passed on to the champions of the Vaygre dimension and Sha'kren, the current champion, had sent it to RW after witnessing his strength first-hand and knowing that she would need to do this, or suffer the collapse of both dimensions in a paradox. The two fought to find a way to return RW to his dimension, however it was a young Hero named Nalerenn that would prove to be the deciding factor. In RW's home dimension, the NHU fought and subdued Ezekiel before he was able to launch a nuclear weapon into the stratosphere and cause a US-wide EMP blast. Afterwards, Nalerenn sacrificed his psychic power and life force to seal away Ezekiel and bring RW back into this dimension. However, unknown to the members of the NHU, the Praetorians had launched a counter-attack and were massacring all of the inhabitants of the Vaygre dimension. Knowing time was short, RW fought hard to gain clearance to the Vaygre dimension and learned that they had only just pushed back the attacks. However, Sha'kren sacrificed herself to repel them while the others transported the Duriel's Shell through space and time to RW. Recently, he aided Omega-Xis into this planet, where he fused with Nalerenn and is currently aiding his recovery. To this day, RW fights for Sha'kren, but keeps his cheery attitude as a beacon for all to follow.

- RW regularly quotes different Anime series when speaking to other Heroes.
- RW started his own fan-club, but it has quite a few members which aren't false names he made.
- RW is a large fan of Statesman and the rest of the Freedom Phalanx.
- RW flirts regularly, but never even gets to first base.
- RW has appeared in [Steve Hill's NeverQuest] article in the January 2008 issue of PCZone.
- RW is a huge fan of Pocky, the Japanese chocolate snack.
- RW is ICly heading his 'Heroes For All' campaign, teaching people that doing the right thing is just as heroic as fighting crime.
