Vicki Marcos was a typical rich kid. Parents were wealthy entrepreneurs who saught to avoid having to pay their taxes. Once they found their way to the Rogue Isles, Vicki was put into private education so that she would grow up, disciplined, find a husband and settle down. Her education was paid for right up until her final year, shortly after turning 18.

When she turned 16 both her parents were killed in a car accident but as her board and education was paid for she was held in care until she passed her education. Upon turning 18 and leaving school she sold her parent's home, collected her trust fund, claimed her inheritence and moved into a penthouse suite in Port Oakes. She started working as a waitress in a strip-club before one night when one of the other dancers went missing, she took her spot and found an exileration she had never felt before.

In all the nights of fast-living, she stole a car and drove it into a ditch accidentally uncovering an amulet with a phoenix symbol on it. She put it on nad literally burst into flames, destroying the car and her clothes. She woke the next morning to find she had been given power to control thermal energy. She put on a persona and called herself "Laura Lucifer". This marked the start of her thieving ways as she performed petty thefts on businesses, homes and the occasional bank or casino; always staying under the radar, leaving no trace except scorch marks.

Despite gaining a comfortable living out of her thievery she craved more attention and her moves became runchier then ever, catching the eye of fellow stripper "Miss Badamba" aka Darcia Helix. Seeing an oppotunity to get punters in they decided to team up. After a few weeks of performing together Vicki decided to take things one step further. The two have been having a casual relationship since, much to the annoyance of Darcia's brother Cyber Tiger.

Late 2007 was a bit more turbulent for the two as Darcia's pregnancy by the late Axel Hunter came to term and she gave birth. Feeling a little unappreciated she was co-erced by Cyber Tiger to helping him advance his research.
