Yes, I wanted a dual blades character. I'd wanted a Tanker originally, but @Romanov was already playing a Willpower/Dual Blades tanker in the group I created this character to play with, so I went for a scrapper instead. I decided to avoid Willpower as a little too FOTM, so instead decided to give Regen another shot. It should allow me to skip a few powers (will probably skip Moment Of Glory, as it totally breaks the whole concept of Regen anyway) avoiding the tightness of build that needing so many powers from the Primary pool for the combo moves usually creates.
When I first conceived the character, it was a nimble male duellist type, with rapier and rapier wit. However, on further thinking, that was too predictable, so he became the NPC father, The Harlequin Blade, who had trained and equipped his daughter to carry on the family tradition.

Hannah inherited a tough burden, being born into a family line of heroes. She was raised and trained from the earliest possible age by her father. This has made her perhaps a little more serious than intended. She has a fine sense of humour, but rarely seems to relax enough to show it.

[edit] Primary Powers
Dual Blades: Lady Harlequin inhereted the Dragon's Fangs from her father. These are powerful magical blades, sized somewhere on the cusp of small short-sword and long dagger. Her combat style is fluid, staying in constant motion, looking to close in for the strike. She is a well trained gymnast and acrobat and her combat style uses this heavily.
Lady Harlequin's skill with her blades is such that in most combat, she does not fight to kill. Instead she proves her ability to kill any intelligent foe, by placing her blades at lethal points, and shredding clothing, even causing minor cuts, demonstrating that she could kill her foe at any time until they realise their case is hopeless and surrender, or until she catches them with a stunning blow with a hilt.
With foes that lack the self-awareness to feel pain, or realise they are outclassed, such as automatons, zombies, etc, Lady Harlequin is forced to strike weak points to disable the opponent.

Regeneration: The Dragon's Fangs bestow super-human vitality to their owner, causing wounds to close almost instantly. Lady Harlequin's acrobatic skills also allow her to evade many attacks though this can wear her out to the point of collapse in extreme cases.

The Dragon's Fangs: Twinned magical large daggers, or small double-edged short-swords, these blades were passed down by her father, The Harlequin Blade. The blades have a long history, and have been weilded by many heroes across the generations.
