Lady Cacophony is a character that I only use for RP. I'm not even doing missions with her (though that may change in the future).
I'm having great fun with her since she's so far from a stereotypical hero that you can be.
She lets me play a foulmouthed, hedonistic punk rocker to the limit and I'm enjoying every second of it!

Easy going and out for a good time!
She can be quite a foul-mouthed, slutty, hard-drinking, vicious flirt, but she really has a heart of gold.
Her motto can be summed up in the old proverb "Carpe Diem!", or if you prefer a more rock-and-roll themed one "Life Fast, Die Young and Leave a Beautiful Corpse!"

All her powers are derived from her ability to produce and control sound.
She can produce focused, sonic screams of magnitudes well above the charts (in frequencies from infra- to ultrasound). She can also control sonic vibrations to produce disturbances and "barriers" that are capable of trapping people and/or weakening them.
She has also learnt how to travel on a cushion of soundwaves.
A "party-trick" she used in her early teens, was to blast a person with the legendary Brown Note. Much to the amusement of all but the subject.

Due to her powers she's an extremely talented singer, well in the top ten on the planet. But she's also quite lazy and don't care about making it "big-time". It would hamper her freedom too much.
Her power of sonic controll also let her to mimic any voice or sound that she has heard. Even after only hearing it once.
She has been known to impersonate Statesman, various other artists, machinegun fire, electric guitar solos and even to sing a duet with herself.
And she's quite able to down vast amounts of alcohol without passing out.

Her powers are solely about her ability to control sound. Other than that she's just a normal woman with all the usual frailties.

She's a full-blown hedonist that will do any drug, fuck with anyone with a pretty face or interresting personality (or just for the hell of it for that matter). Nothing will shock her.
But she loves life and will live it to the limit without regretts.
