Devil Fire has an extremely "Devil May Care" attitude due to being immortal and having little or no concept of time that his teammates have. However, dispite this, he is often impatient wanting to get things done quickly, often charging into battle. Recently after becoming "mortal" for a brief period of time, he has become slightly more sympathic to his human counter-parts.

Hellfire projection

Devil Fire's primary powers, as his name suggests, is the manipulation and control of regular,mystical and hellfire. Thought powerfu,l he is particularly unskilled in his control and use of it. As such it acts more intinctively. His primary use is to create "shields" of fire, which he names, the fires of his will. Devil Fire must actively maintain these shields in order to protect himself from harm.When active, he can withstand far more punishment than a normal human, able to take hits from those with great superhuman strength, to high powered and concentrated energy blasts.

Though to protect himself from things such as kinetic weapons, energy attacks, and even dark powers, he is highly resistant to fire at all times, and his natural body heat also renders him more resistant to cold than more humans. When surrounded by his fiery aura, he is nearly immune to all but the most extreme heat based attacks and temperatures.

Whilst more resilent to cold than a more human, Devil is particularly vulnerable to sub zero temperatures and those who can manipulate ice or water.

He is however very weak to hellfrost, the opposite of his hellfire powers. If fact, the only known way to "kill" Devil Fire is with the use of hellfrost to freeze his soul.
