Generally speaking, human sexuality is how people experience and express themselves as sexual beings. The initialism LGBT is used to refer collectively to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people. While still controversial, it is considered less controversial than the terms queer or lesbigay and is more comprehensive than homosexual or simply gay.
