Basically he's my more human flat footesque homage to Robo-Cop. COP was originally a Scrapper I created for a friend of mine to play when we first started out on Defiant. When I moved over to Union I bullied him into coming too so we remade him there. When he went off to South Africa to live and gave up the game, I took back full control of the character, and remade him as a Tanker.
