[edit] Bio
Recruited into the Minutemen project, Colonel Hawking was one of the subjects to emerge from the program with significantly enhanced, combat effective Psychic powers. Able to manipulate his body with Telekinesis, and predict with an animalistic intuition his opponents next moves, he is a snap shot fighter with super sped attacks that work something like a rail gun. Before you know it, you'll have felt the sting of the Bullet Man.
[edit] Affiliations
[edit] Personality
On the surface Bullet Man is a cocky clown and hopeless lothario. Beneath a layer of Military polish that hides his true nature, he's a frightened young man who wants nothing more than peace. He hides his insecurities with a layer of witty one liners and then adds a slop of forced failure to mask that wit as nothing more than a quick tongue attached to a slow mind.
He's a man's man and a lady killer when he wants to be, but he often plays the fool simply to amuse and entertain. Superiors often ask themselves how he managed the rank of Colonel, before being silenced by his record.
Crucially, Bullet Man refuses to use Guns where fists will be adequate. His nickname was granted him when he proved in a series of campaigns that, unarmed, he was just as deadly as any bullet.
[edit] Motivation
Bullet Man was drafted into the U.S. military against his own will at the start of the first Rikti War, and then submitted to the Minuteman program after graduation under orders. His fighting skills are born from self defence, and he highly motivated toward self preserve and the protection of innocent life.
[edit] Powers
[edit] Localised Telekinesis
Through methods not fully understood, Bullet Man can move his body muscles faster than an average soldier by powering his movements with Telekinesis. So long as he has a focused mind and a sharp eye, Bullet Man can live up to his name.
[edit] Psychic Instinct
With the instinct factor of the human mind improved beyond natural compare, Bullet Man's combat and survivability is vastly superior to most human and Meta-Human counter parts.
[edit] Abilities
- Tae Kwon Do Mastery
- Akikido Mastery
- Karate Training
- Judo Training
- Parkour (Free Running) Training
[edit] Vulnerabilities
[edit] Only Human
Bullet Man is a comparably low level Mutant in the Super-Universe, his training, focus and raw dedication often push him to victory against insurmountable odds. He is not a fully developed Psychic, in that he cannot read minds or defend against Psychic attacks. He is for all intents and purposes Human.

[edit] Trivia
[*]Bullet Man was once called Man Bullet, until someone stopped playing their character apparently and the name was nabbed! [*]Bullet Man combines the some of the aspects of a Psyborg in a workable character, Psyborgs are my all but unused character concept.
