Blue was originally created so I could have a character that could frequent Pocket D's. She's still quite a new character, only a month or so old, but has already had plenty of RP and socialised with many people.

Sociable and amiable, she is frequently seen in Pocket D's. Polite when others are polite to her, she is respectful of those that have crafted their own place in the world with their own abilities, and is skeptical of high society in all cultures. Unlike many "Villains" she does not enjoy killing and inflicting pain for the sake of it, but having been born into a life of crime, she will do what she can to get ahead in life.

Able to project force fields of energy, quick runner and an obscenely fast swimmer, decent shot with pistols. Her scales are slightly tougher than human skin, but not enough to stop most attacks. Due to a life of crime and living below the law, she is a pretty good lock-pick with simple tools. She can also hot-wire most forms of popular transport quickly.

Normal human vulnerabilities, allergic to horses, a mix of cold and warm blood caused from human and reptilian physiology, which makes her vulnerable to the cold and able to store heat within her body.

[edit] Character History

Born as a bright blue mutant and abandoned, she grew up with the street gangs of Paragon. After a botched robbery she landed in the Zig, before being busted out by Arachnos, and going to the Rogue Isles. There she "inherited" a pair of pistols and some thugs from a mobster, along with his clothes. Soon, she started socialising in the club Pocket D's, and joined the Immorality League. Soon after, she allowed a broadcast over the Cap Au Diable airwaves, with certain secrets of Doctor Aeon's past. For revenge, Aeon instructed one of his students to abduct Blue. After being rescued by fellow EVIL agents Echo Campbel, Psyfly and Doctor Mechano, it became apparent Blue had her mutant genome removed, and was rendered normal. After a quick recovery and adjusting to her normal body, she is back on the streets of the isles. She, with many other remnants of EVIL, has created and joined Pact. Recently Blue and her partner Echo broke into the Arachnos base disguised as Arbiters, and convinced the Doctor Igronosius to reverse the procedure. Blue is now once again a full blooded mutant.

Blue never knew what she would look like before she lost her mutation, and cares little if anyone is Hero or Villain or anything. On regaining her mutation, her eyes glow with a yellow light, obscuring her pupils. These eyes also give her night vision. Her sense of smell and reflexes are also better than the average human. Her tail is prehensile, and her nails are toughened, yellowed, and pointed.
