By human standards he is a vile monster , without any sense of decency , morality or ethics , he is unrestrained . At time is acts as if little more than a wild animal , but there is a clever mind hidden in there , that plots and plans . Totally self centered , totally depraved , ruthless , and brutal.

To become so powerful that no one will oppose him , thus allowing him to do whatever he pleases . He does not want to rule the world , but to feed off of it .He wants the freedom to do any and every thing.

Blood Ghoul is a ghoul , defined thus :
A ghoul is a monster from ancient Arabian myth that dwells in burial grounds and other uninhabited places. The English word comes from the Arabic name for the creature: الغول ghūl, which literally means "demon" . The ghul is a devilish type of Djinn .The female form is given as "ghouleh . The plural is "ghilan". The ghoul is a desert-dwelling, shapeshifting demon that can assume the guise of certain animals, especially a Hyena. It lures unwary travelers into the desert wastes to slay and devour them. The creature also preys on oases, robs graves, and eats the dead . In the Middle East it is believed that the Djinn were spirits of smokeless fire, there are many types of Djinn including the ghul (“night shade”, which can change shape).
BG was one such creature living on the fringes of the Arabian desert , until he was captured by a master Magician in the year 110 AD . BG was magically enslaved , forced to remain in his humanlike ghoul form , bound to service by enchanted chain set into his flesh , so great was the power binding him it was set to last for two full Ages , one Age being 999 years. BG was used as a bodyguard and as a weapon , to be unleashed upon the Magicians enemies . He was feed on fresh blood , mainly animal , to keep him healthy , but always hungry , for it is flesh that ghouls seek as food . This feeding ritual gave rise to his name Blood Ghoul . The Magician lived for nearly 300 years , after which the secret of controlling BG was passed on to other practitioners of dark magics. However in time the skills and talent of theses failed until BG was just a rumor in a spell book , the reading of which had become a lost art . Un-feed and Un-summoned BG faded to his spirit state , trapped between the worlds , here he stayed for near 500 years . Until in a MAGI vault in Paragon City a very old magical document suddenly crumbled and turned to dust . 1998 years had passed BG was free from the enchanment that had made hi a slave . BG appeared in the MAGI vault .. near mindless with hunger he reduced the inside of the vault to ruin , setting off alarms , which brought the MAGI riot squad .In the following battle BG weak from hunger was captured and sent to the Zig . Once more inprisoned BG raged and sort escape , but he was weak and the Zig's staff know how to deal with such creatures . However his stay was not to be a long one , a mere five weeks and two days passed , and then came the forces of Lord Recluse , seeking to free some of his agents , and BG managed to join the band of escapers, his skills at defeating the Zig guards and Longbow troop clearly impressing the Arachnos forces . BG found a new home in the Rogue Isles.
