Take a mind , shatter it in to a million million bits , the toss those bits into a chaotic maelstrom of a storm , that is AC's mind . Graft onto that a persona loosly based on groucho marx ,including the cigar. A person who cant take any situation seriously , and yet act as a hero, most of the time. BUT do not make the mistake of thinking he is a joke , he is deadly serious about what he does, he can act totally mercilessly , and with great violence, he can kill with no reguard. AC seem to be playing to a unseen audience .. who he often talks to. As he has leveled and gained costumes he has evoled 3 persona based on which costume he is in. 1.White face ..the orginal ... a very white clown costume .. here is he the bad punner , , talks to people who may not be there , and is very like groucho in the why he makes nonsense out of a converstion , or event . 2.Red Top , ..wearing a red top hat and long coat ...here he is more of a showman , a jester , a performer , a mime and mimic , will make fun of people by apeing them . Will dance and perform like a stage clown .. more visual than vocal. 3.Shadow side .. a dark black costume ...here he is the nasty put downer , the roaster , make jokes at peoples expence , creepy humour that you feel uncomfortable even as you laugh. Along side all this he hunts down villians with manaic unreasonable hatred , he is into punishment , not justice , and the punishment normal far out ways the crime .
He is clearly insane .. everyone agrees , and the expert truely hope he is insane , as the given explaination for his insanity is that he claims to have seen the end of the world , for real .. the final final , nothing thereafter, end of the world , and this shattered his mind. how he came to see this has not been revealed , however his mutant powers often seem to give him visions of the future (( leading to missions )), but what his mad brain makes of them is unknown.
Now he cant stop laughing , as he knows the punchline to the great cosmic joke that is reality . . . .

AC's motives are unclear , he clearly sets out to fight crime , sometime he just mucks about with the villians , other times he goes manic and beyond the pale. reason does not seem to come into the equation , if he has a motive its very very convoluted. He gets upset by seeing the helpless being victimised

mind control ...his ablity to confuse , or disrupte or shut down a foes brain come from projecting his own mind's chaos onto the targets , his TK powers come from him reshaping the world with the chaos of his mind with them he can throw a foe into the air , and he can uncover his inner thoughts to terrify a foe into a state of helplessness

storm summoning .. mixing his TK powers from the chaos of his mind he is able to create weather like effects , strong winds , fogs, ice , snow , rain , and raging storms.

Vet..Ghost slaying axe ....he carries a large axe , this he claims is for when a joke fails , as a good comic he can always slays em , with his punchline axe . Where he got this strange axe from is unknown , he pull the axe out of thin air ,. the axe is unreal , it only exsist because AC make it exsist.
Fitness... fast , with great endurance and resiliance , his mind is a bundle of energy that fuels and keeps the body going way above normal human levels
