Angela Mercy is a character that I created just for fun. I wanted to try out the Empathy set and didn't want to take any attack powers. Just to see if it could be done.

When I started to play with her (in Atlas) I was invited into a brilliant PuG of roleplaying (go figure!) heroes and had a wonderful time. During those first missions her personality formed and she became my first "RP-only" character. Hence her abysmaly slow leveling.

A lively and joyful woman with a great appetite for life in all its glory. Her youthful outlook on life makes her a bit trusting and naïve.

She can be quite vengeful if hurt.

After the incident that killed her family she has sworn to protect all life and to treasure every waking moment.

Although she has a weak psychic ability, and has had it since birth, it's not powerful enough to classify her as a mutant.

Her main power, to heal, was granted to her by an angelic figure she believes to be the arch-angel Raphael. This gift enables her to heal any wound or affliction and even to raise the recently fallen.

The notorious Big Game seduced her once by pretending to be a hero and drink her under the table. When she woke up the next morning (alone) she was heartbroken.

Later she found out who he really was and got back to him (with furious anger) while he tried to patch things up with his current girlfriend.
