[edit] Personality

Aimless comes across as a personable young man, if occassionally smug and hotheaded. He is given to using racist terms or patronising nicknames, but does so without malice and ceases when asked. He smiles often and offers his help however he can, to those he considers worth it.

Beneath this, he is a manipulative snake. Despite being an empath he feels no connection with other human beings, regarding them at the same level as animals, or furniture.

Aimless holds no strong motivations. He loses interest in things as soon as he is able to accomplish them and it is rare for anything to capture his attention for more than a few days. He works on regardless, seeing through plans he may have lost interest in months ago.

Aimless has the power of Empathy. He is able to sense the emotions of those around him. He is also able to manipulate these emotions, remotely causing a person to feel happy, sad, apathetic or whatever emotion he pleases.

Empathy is Aimless' only power, however the ways he has learnt to use it show a great deal of imagination. By flooding his allies with positive emotions and energy, he is able to force their body to repair any damage done to it. He is also able to navigate despite his inability to see, sensing the emotions absorbed by the items around him, using a sort of sonar. As well as this he can imprint an emotion onto an item, for example, instilling a door with Dread, discouraging anyone from entering.

He has displayed considerable business sense, turning his powers to profit by selling emotions to the desperate as a kind of drug. He has organised groups of people to work for him, displaying considerable leadership skills.

His greatest ability is without a doubt his manipulative skill. Even without using his powers, Aimless is often able to know exactly what a person wants or needs to hear. Combined with his ability to sense and manipulate the feelings of those around him, this makes Aimless supremely skilled at getting what he wants from other people. He is at his most dangerous in conversation.

Aimless is blind, an obvious handicap.
He uses a form of emotional sonar to navigate, however it does not work well in newly constructed buildings, as there have not been enough people in them to fill the building with emotional echoes.
His powers are absoloutely useless against robots and machines.
His empathic sense can be overloaded with too much information.
